Membership to the inQuire Media Group (which covers inQuire the newspaper and inQuireLive.co.uk the news website) is open to any current student at the University of Kent (all campuses).
Membership is £4 for the year and entitles you to write articles to be published in inQuire, attend weekly group meetings, stand for editorial and executive positions within the group as well as vote on these positions, attend socials and also attend special events to organised by the group. All members will also receive a plastic membership ID card and a professional Media Pack which will provide detailed advise and tips on being a successful journalist.
Membership forms can be collected from Sam Edgar or any member of Kent Union staff in the Student Activities Centre in the Locke Building (formerly the Virginia Woolf Building above Essentials) and completed forms along with the membership fee should be handed in at reception in the Mandela Building (at the edge of Eliot College car park behind the Locke Building).
