This session will look at vetting potential employers, companies particularly from a business’ EDI perspective. Attendees will also learn what to look out for on a company website, such as their policies, and find out the questions that can and can’t be asked in an interview situation. This session is perfect for anyone who finds businesses and interviews bewildering; offering amazing skills that will allow applicants to focus on key information often lost on employees.

12:00 – 15:30 – The Journey of a Graduate
Venue: COLT4 Open to: All EP Point Value: 10
This session offered by audit, tax and consulting business RSM will exemplify their business and the opportunities they can offer graduates. RSM will also display their experience of the ‘recruitment and selection process’, show you how to build your CV appropriately and even hold tests in a mock assessment centre. Even if you are not interested in the financial world, this session will still offer you an opportunity to talk with business professionals and learn from their invaluable experience.
