In Pictures: Canterbury’s Anti-Trump Protest

In response to the President’s visit to the U.K, people across Kent came together to protest Trump and his policies, congregating at the Westgate Towers: one of the city’s major landmarks.

Passing cars honked their horns in solidarity.

Poetry was read, and speeches were given, explaining the perspective of the people.

The protest in Canterbury mirrors many of the protests occurring across the country, including London, where a giant inflatable “baby Trump” has been seen floating above Westminster.
