UKC Warns Students Over Street Robberies
The University of Kent has emailed its students to urge them to beware after a spate of street robberies in Canterbury. Students have been warned to avoid situations where they are alone or in a less popular area during night time. The move acts on police advice following an outbreak of street robberies in the city centre over the past few days, the most recent of which occurred on Saturday evening.
